An articulated arm watched over by the Trouble PAD high-speed camera

The use of a robot or articulated arm to handle objects of different sizes from one area to another or from one machine to another has become commonplace in production environments.

Handling can be carried out at high speed and often in confined spaces.

Handling should be carried out quickly and carefully as some of the objects handled may be delicate.

The Trouble Pad high-speed camera allows technicians who tune these robots and special machines to view:

  • the robot’s path,
  • the end of the movement trajectory,
  • the placing of items in containers,
  • or precision assembly… all in slow-motion.

This allows technicians to access information that would not be visible to the naked eye.
